  • Offer a timely and speedy service to meet the needs of clients wherever possible
  • Only use qualified linguists holding a minimum of a Level 3 Certificate in Community Interpreting
  • Ensure that all interpreters will carry ID badges with their name, languages and photo as well as photo time sheets.
  • Ensure that all interpreters and translators behave in a respectful and polite manner at all times
  • Offer a local, easily accessible, friendly service
  • Offer continuous training for interpreters and translators in order to maintain and improve skill sets
  • Acquire feedback via a questionnaire after services have been delivered in order to maintain and improve quality standards
  • Offer a more personal service to clients than is currently available from other providers
